Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting early learners as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) within a dynamic school environment. This full-time, onsite position runs from August 24, 2026, through June 17, 2027, and is ideal for compassionate professionals who thrive in early childhood educational settings.

You’ll work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule for 37.5 hours per week, focusing on K-1st grade students at an Early Learning Center that spans two conveniently located buildings. Your expertise will directly contribute to the growth and success of young learners while supporting their speech and language development.

Qualifications & Experience Sought:

  • Current, active SLPA licensure in New Hampshire is required
  • Prior experience working in a school-based setting is essential
  • Familiarity with early childhood caseloads, particularly K-1st grade
  • Ability to manage responsibilities across two adjacent school locations
  • Commitment to maintaining district safety protocols, including completion of fingerprints
  • Readiness for initial interviews via Zoom for streamlined onboarding

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language services to K-1st grade students as outlined in IEPs and under the supervision of a credentialed SLP
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and resource staff to support optimal student progress and participation
  • Accurately document therapy sessions, student progress, and follow compliance requirements
  • Adapt therapy activities for diverse learner needs within the early learning environment
  • Participate in team meetings and support generalization of communication skills across school settings
