If you love building and perfecting the tools that keep production humming, this role in Jonesboro, AR 72450 is for you. You’ll design and fabricate new tools and dies, keep existing assets performing at their best, and partner with engineering and production to continuously improve how we make things.

• Translate specifications into precision tools, dies, and fixtures.
• Service and repair tooling for durability, accuracy, and uptime.
• Work with engineers and line teams to refine designs and manufacturing methods.
• Operate a full suite of equipment: mills, lathes, grinders, and EDM.
• Perform inspections to confirm tight tolerances and quality metrics.
• Log design details, maintenance activities, and modifications.
• Uphold safety procedures and maintain an organized workstation.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in Toolmaking preferred.
• Proven background as a Toolmaker or equivalent in a manufacturing setting.
• Comfortable interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
• Broad knowledge of machining practices, including CNC operations.
• Keen problem-solving ability with strong attention to detail.
• Team-oriented yet self-directed; thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communicator committed to safety and quality standards.
