Location: Moxy Springfield Downtown - Eyrie Rooftop Bar
Essential Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests promptly.
- Offer menu suggestions and answer questions with knowledgeable advice.
- Ensure responsible beverage service in compliance with liquor laws.
- Accurately take and serve food/drink orders, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Attend to guests' needs, including bussing and resetting tables.
- Prepare non-mixed drinks, soups, and salads.
- Process payments and maintain cleanliness throughout the dining experience.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a positive attitude.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
- Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol.
Hours:
- Flexible, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday - 5pm - bar close.
Physical Requirements:
- Light work with occasional lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Requires standing and walking for extended periods.
Work Conditions:
- Primarily indoor environment.
