Data Entry Clerk

LBPM+Fairgrove is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Data Entry Clerk to support daily administrative and accounting operations by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information within company software systems. This role is responsible for ensuring data integrity, processing administrative requests, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and efficiency are essential.
The Data Entry Clerk plays a critical role in maintaining accurate company records and supporting internal departments by ensuring data is entered, verified, and updated in a timely and efficient manner. Full-Time PositionHours: 40 hours per week Compensation: $21.00-$22.00 per hour Requirements Role and Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company software systems.
- Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before processing.
- Update vendor information and maintain vendor compliance records.
- Process stop payment requests and void checks as needed.
- Process IPM Auto Debit cancellations.
- Review and resolve exception reports, including vendor and property discrepancies.
- Process check requests accurately and in a timely manner.
- Scan, organize, and maintain electronic records and documentation.
- Perform routine data audits and correct data discrepancies.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive financial and customer information.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to support daily department operations and company objectives.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or the property management industry preferred.
- Experience maintaining accurate records and resolving data discrepancies.
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Description
