Product Manager

Job Overview Salesforce is looking for a Product Manager to lead AI agents and enterprise search capabilities within Salesforce Data 360. The role requires a technical, builder‑oriented PM who quickly prototypes ideas and experiments with AI systems, working across engineering, design and AI research teams. Responsibilities Rapidly prototype and experiment with AI Agents to validate product ideas before scaling them with engineering. Translate customer needs and industry trends into clear product hypotheses and platform capabilities. Define clear epics and requirements that enable teams to deliver high-impact features. Partner across engineering, design, research, and multiple Salesforce clouds to drive cross‑platform initiatives. Qualifications 5+ years of product management experience. Strong technical fluency across AI Agents and Search Systems. Ability to prototype ideas and experiment with AI tools. Proven ability to lead complex cross‑team initiatives and influence stakeholders. Track record of delivering high‑impact product capabilities at scale. Benefits and Compensation Competitive compensation ranges from $148,500 to $223,900 annually (or $178,900 to $246,000 in the SF/NY metro areas).
