We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for our residential apartment complex in Huntsville. This permanent position offers a full-time schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with competitive pay based on experience, along with full company benefits. The Maintenance Technician will work independently but also collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor, maintenance team, and property management to ensure the upkeep and smooth operation of the apartment facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and preventive maintenance on residential apartments
• Maintain facility cleanliness and functionality through regular upkeep
• Identify issues promptly and coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor for resolution
• Collaborate with property management to address tenant maintenance requests

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in general maintenance
