Information Technology Analyst

Location: Hybrid | Financial Technology Company Responsibilities Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for onsite and remote employees. Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues. Configure and deploy Windows and macOS devices. Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. Support VPN, MFA, and endpoint management through Intune. Handle onboarding, offboarding, and hardware provisioning. Support conference room technology and video conferencing platforms. Manage incidents through ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system. Document solutions and elevate complex issues when necessary. Qualifications 2+ years of IT Support or Help Desk experience. Strong experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Intune. Experience with ServiceNow or another ticketing platform. Working knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience supporting financial services or fintech environments. Familiarity with CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, Okta, or PowerShell. CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
