Senior Property Adjuster

Davies Talent Solutions has partnered with a respected organization to bring on an experienced Senior Property Claims Adjuster to handle residential and commercial property claims . This is an on-site role based in either Orlando or Sarasota, FL. About This Role This role offers the opportunity to manage a variety of property claims from start to finish. You’ll be handling investigation, coverage review, negotiation, and resolution on claims that range from moderate to higher complexity. You’ll work within established authority levels while resolving claims that may involve some additional coverage considerations or higher exposure. It’s a steady, hands‑on role where your experience and judgment will be key in keeping claims moving toward fair and timely outcomes. There may also be opportunities to support catastrophe (CAT) events when needed. What You’ll Do Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve residential and commercial property claims Analyze loss details and determine coverage based on policy language, conditions, and endorsements Establish and maintain accurate claim and expense reserves Evaluate damages and determine settlement values using ACV, replacement cost, contractor estimates, deductibles, and policy limits Negotiate and issue settlements within authority guidelines Communicate clearly and effectively with insureds, agents, and internal stakeholders Maintain complete, compliant, and well‑documented claim files Identify claims requiring escalation, including field inspection, SIU referral, subrogation, or legal involvement What We’re Looking For 5+ years of progressive experience handling residential and/or commercial property claims Active Florida or Texas Adjuster License (or reciprocal eligibility) Strong knowledge of coverage analysis, claim investigation, and exposure evaluation Sound judgment and decision‑making skills Ability to manage multiple claims efficiently in a structured environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Davies Talent Solutions
