Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3–4 years of recruiting experience, including high-volume and professional-level roles
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- (Desirable) Experience recruiting for Sales, Customer Support, G&A, or technical roles
- (Desirable) Familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems and recruiting tools
- (Desirable) Experience using Workday Recruiting is a plus
- (Desirable) Experience with Workday implementations
- (Desirable) Interest in long-term growth within Talent Acquisition
- This role operates with increasing independence and accountability while partnering closely with Senior Talent Acquisition leadership on more complex searches
- The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining hiring velocity, candidate experience, and process consistency in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Manage end-to-end recruiting for assigned requisitions, including high-volume and professional roles
- Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, expectations, and timelines
- Develop sourcing plans aligned with role complexity and hiring urgency
- Maintain consistent pipeline activity to support fluctuating hiring needs
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
- Conduct recruiter phone screens to assess qualifications, experience, availability, and alignment
- Present qualified candidate summaries to hiring managers with clear recommendations
- Maintain proactive communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Partner with hiring managers to drive timely interview scheduling and feedback collection
- Provide weekly pipeline updates and hiring status reports
- Offer market feedback regarding candidate availability and compensation expectations
- Support hiring managers in maintaining structured and compliant interview practices
- Support compensation benchmarking in partnership with Senior TA Specialist or Vice President of HR, or other assigned leader
- Draft and coordinate offer letters and supporting documentation
- Facilitate offer communication and support negotiation discussions under leadership guidance
- Coordinate candidate travel assistance requests when applicable
- Ensure smooth handoff to HR Operations for onboarding readiness
- Maintain accurate documentation and candidate tracking in the ATS/HRIS
- Ensure recruiting activities align with employment laws, internal policies, and company standards
- Support continuous improvement of recruiting processes and workflows
- Partner with Junior TA Recruiters to support high-volume initiatives as needed
- Participate in interview training sessions and hiring process improvement efforts
- Support additional recruiting initiatives and projects as assigned
- Other duties as assigned
