Now Hiring: Surface Grinder - Westlake, Ohio

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Pay: $24/hr
Type: Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

Are you an experienced Surface Grinder looking for a stable, full-time position with great long-term potential? Join a well-established manufacturing team in Westlake, OH, where your precision and craftsmanship truly matter.

What You'll Do:

• Perform precision surface grinding on steel and carbide components
• Work with table sizes ranging from 2 ft to 5 ft
• Maintain tight tolerances while ensuring quality and consistency
• Operate and maintain a variety of grinding and cutting machines

Equipment You'll Use:

• Okamoto ACC818NC
• Grand Rapids grinders
• Gundrill Drillmation
• Behringer Automatic Horizontal Bandsaw

Job Requirements

• Prior experience with surface grinding
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, motivated, and safety focused
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
