You will provide compassionate end-of-life care, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of patients and their families. Your role will include expert pain and symptom management, offering comfort and support during challenging times. Collaboration will be essential as you work closely with an interdisciplinary team, local physicians, and community providers to optimize the quality of life for patients. This position is urgent and requires a rapid response. Holiday coverage is required.
