What You’ll Do

• Supervise and support nursing care for residents

• Practice and strengthen your clinical assessment skills

• Collaborate with an experienced healthcare team

• Follow care plans and ensure high-quality, compassionate care

What You Need

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (new grads welcome)

• Active RN license (or ability to obtain Oregon licensure; out-of-state accepted during process)

• Interest in geriatric, rehab, or long-term care

• A strong desire to learn, grow, and be part of a team
