Therapist (Child, Adolescent & Young Adult) Location: Hybrid (Telehealth + In-person in Austin, TX) Hours: Part-time, flexible (~10–20 hours/week) Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099) About Kiddo Psychiatry Kiddo Psychiatry is a Texas-based, insurance-based mental health practice dedicated to compassionate, evidence-based care for children, adolescents, young adults, and their families across Texas. Position Overview We are seeking a fully licensed therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist) to provide therapy for children, teens, and young adults. The ideal candidate is experienced and comfortable working with neurodivergent individuals and skilled in CBT, DBT, play therapy, and family therapy. Experience with parent coaching is a plus. This is a hybrid, part-time, flexible 1099 position with administrative, marketing, credentialing, and office space support provided. Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and parent coaching sessions. Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans. Deliver therapy using evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, play therapy). Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with psychiatrists and families to support integrated care. Qualifications Fully licensed in Texas (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist). Experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults. Comfortable working with neurodivergent individuals (e.g., autism, ADHD). Strong communication, organization, and telehealth skills. Compensation & Support 60/40 split (Therapist receives 60% of collected revenue). Flexible schedule and clinical autonomy. Full administrative, marketing, credentialing, and office space support.
