The RN ensures safe patient transitions, promotes evidence-based practice, and delivers compassionate, patient-centered care.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes effectively with physicians and care teams.Provide safe and quality nursing care based on established standards and protocols.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Educate patients, families, and healthcare staff throughout the care process.Maintain patient confidentiality, dignity, and advocacy.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities.Required SkillsStrong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.Knowledge of nursing standards, procedures, and patient care practices.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced procedural environment.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Proficiency with electronic medical documentation and basic computer systems.
