We are currently partnering with Bush Brothers & Company , the iconic maker of Bush's® Beans, to recruit a CSI Specialist (Category & Shopper Insights) for their Knoxville headquarters. This is an exceptional opportunity for an early-career professional looking to grow with one of America's most respected consumer brands. The role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience after college who enjoys working with data, uncovering insights, and influencing business decisions.

What You'll Do

As a key member of the Category & Shopper Insights team, you'll help drive sales and brand strategy through analytics, consumer insights, and retailer partnerships. Responsibilities include:

✅ Analyzing shopper, category, and syndicated data to identify business opportunities

✅ Supporting sales and marketing teams with data-driven recommendations

✅ Developing insights around pricing, promotions, shelving, and product distribution

✅ Partnering with retailers and internal stakeholders to drive category growth

✅ Creating impactful presentations that influence strategic decisions

✅ Serving as a trusted resource for category management and shopper behavior insights

What We're Looking For

✔ Bachelor's degree required

✔ Approximately 2+ years of professional experience following graduation

✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✔ Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities

✔ Experience in CPG, retail, category management, sales analytics, market research, trade marketing, or other highly analytical business environments is highly preferred

✔ Ability to communicate insights effectively to business partners and leadership teams
