Position Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location Lakewood, CO Job Information Job ID: 30485 | Openings: 2 Compensation and Bonus Structure Total Compensation Package: $80,000 to $117,000 annually. Eligibility for long‑term ownership upon promotion to Sr. BCBA. Monthly performance bonuses, uncapped. Sign‑on bonus up to $10,000 based on start date and location. Mentorship and certification bonuses for supervising RBTs. Relocation package available. 401(k) with company match. Benefits Remote work option: up to 3 work‑from‑home days per month and up to 16 assessment‑related work‑from‑home days per year. Schedule: Monday‑Friday daytime hours. Almost 30 days off in year one, including holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex days. Manageable caseload: up to 8 children per BCBA. No non‑compete clause.
