Warehouse Associate / Order Picker

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 am - 4:30 pm
Location: Wilson

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate to join our distribution center in Wilson, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, processing shipments, and accurately fulfilling orders for electrical contractors.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Associate / Order Picker: Pull and prepare stock, cut wire, organize customer orders, and load/unload transfer trucks.
Receiving & Putaway: Receive inbound shipments, coordinate inventory placement, and ensure accurate material flow throughout the distribution center.
Inventory Handling: Receive, inspect, record, and properly put away electrical stock and materials.
Order Fulfillment: Accurately pull products, prepare cross-dock deliveries, and stage will-call orders.
Safety & Organization: Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment while following established procedures.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Experience with electrical products or warehouse operations is a plus
