This includes assessment, treatment planning, supervision of therapy implementation, caregiver collaboration, and ongoing coaching of behavioral technicians. Treatment plans focus on medical necessity and may be delivered in the CARD center, patient homes, schools, the community, or via telehealth. Clinical Supervisors report to the Group Clinical Manager. This is a salaried, exempt, full‑time position. Responsibilities Use clinical judgment to promote optimal outcomes for each patient Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans Ensure 100% treatment adherence in monthly supervision hours Evaluate patients to identify skill deficits and strengths Analyze challenging behaviors to determine their function Develop functionally relevant treatment plans to reduce challenging behaviors Observe treatment implementation for program revisions Monitor treatment integrity for satisfactory protocol implementation Direct behavior technicians on new or revised treatment protocols Provide ongoing coaching and training to behavior technicians Support technicians onsite, following best direct‑observation practices Summarize and analyze data to evaluate progress toward goals and adjust protocols Update treatment plans at least once per month based on patient response Fulfill a minimum of 120 payor/client‑authorized billable hours per month, inclusive of supervisory and therapy hours Accurately communicate treatment response to stakeholders (caregivers, payers) Coordinate care with other professionals Administer, complete, and score standardized assessments Include caregivers in the treatment team, evidenced by consistent collaboration meetings Interact with payers in a collaborative, professional, and informative manner Engage payers as needed for funding meetings (e.g., IEP, peer reviews) Stay current on best ABA practices to ensure clinical excellence Maintain appropriate documentation in Skills and patient records Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, families, and colleagues Provide a safe and supportive environment for patients, families, and staff Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times Partner consistently and effectively with center leadership (operations manager, clinical supervisors, administrative coordinator, technician leads) Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field required Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Empathetic and compassionate; maintain strict confidentiality Collaborative with team members, maintaining a positive and solution‑focused attitude Independent problem‑solver with strong clinical judgment Excellent verbal and written communication Strong time‑management skills; capable of working in a fast‑paced environment Computer proficiency: MS Excel, Word, Outlook, iPads, and new systems Desire to continuously learn and develop new skillsets Willingness to work in a variety of settings (center, home, community, etc.) Willingness to work with a variety of patients Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance Fluent in English (written and verbal) Work Environment Treatment may occur in the patient’s home, CARD center, school, community, or via telehealth. Clinical Supervisors work indoors and outdoors, moving between locations throughout the day. Work environments may involve loud or excessive noise at times. Physical Requirements Ability to move frequently to gather materials and interact in various settings Capacity to kneel, crouch, block, or respond to patient movements Continuous visual tracking of patient movements and environmental items Occasional evasion of aggressive behaviors Ability to bear leaning or pushing of a patient during sessions Frequent teaching of vocal speech, including articulation and modeling Modeling of gross‑motor and fine‑motor skills as needed Work in varied weather conditions within indoor and outdoor settings Capacity to lift up to 30 lbs while assisting patients EEOC Statement Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the California Fair Chance Act. #J-18808-Ljbffr
