We're looking for a Senior Program Manager, to lead mission-critical Network Operations supporting the Navy. What You’ll Bring: Required: 7+ years of program management experience on large-scale Navy IT or Cyber contracts valued at $50M+ Annually Managing 200 plus FTE’s Active DoD Top Secret clearance Current PMP certification Bachelor’s degree Proven experience managing geographically dispersed teams and complex program requirements In-depth knowledge of FAR Part 52, WBS, IMS, and POA&Ms Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards Preferred: Experience managing large DoD IT programs, ideally Navy or Joint training initiatives Knowledge of Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) training environments and emerging military training technologies Background in exercise planning across multiple warfare domains Understanding of training-related computer, communication, and network systems Master’s degree in related field or management field Experience with data visualization tools and program reporting dashboards Location: Virginia Beach, VA | On-Site Active Top-Secret Clearance Required

The likely salary range for this position is $147,292 - $199,278. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
