Security Team Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Security Team Analyst to join our growing security operations team. This role requires a professional who can think critically, conduct structured reconnaissance, analyze complex information, and provide actionable intelligence to support operational decision-making. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, methodical, and capable of identifying patterns, vulnerabilities, and risk indicators before they become threats. Key Responsibilities Conduct proactive reconnaissance and intelligence gathering to identify potential risks, vulnerabilities, and exposure points. Analyze internal and external data sources to detect anomalies, trends, and security threats. Develop risk assessments and provide written analytical reports with clear recommendations. Monitor digital environments, systems, and operational landscapes for emerging threats. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate identified risks. Support incident investigations by gathering and analyzing relevant intelligence. Maintain documentation of findings, methodologies, and mitigation steps. Continuously evaluate and improve recon and analysis procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. Proven ability to synthesize large amounts of information into actionable insights. Experience conducting reconnaissance, research, or intelligence gathering. Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and indicators of risk. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Discretion and high ethical standards when handling sensitive information. Proficiency with research tools, databases, and analytical software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Background in security operations, intelligence analysis, cybersecurity, law enforcement, or military intelligence. Familiarity with risk management frameworks.
