Physical Therapist Neuro Outpatient

Nealy Pierce, LLC is partnering with a leading neuro-focused outpatient program to hire a Physical Therapist specializing in neurologic rehabilitation. In this on-site role, you’ll evaluate and treat adults with stroke, brain injury, MS, Parkinson’s, and other complex neurologic conditions. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, customized treatment planning, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, gait and balance training, and patient/caregiver education. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document care in an EMR, track functional outcomes, and support program development while helping patients maximize independence and quality of life.
