About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Accounting to take on a pivotal role in leading the corporate controllership. The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, enhancing the control environment, and overseeing accounting operations within a complex multi-entity structure. This executive will be responsible for directing the accounting function across various business units, leading all close activities, and maintaining compliance with U.S. GAAP and public company reporting obligations. A key aspect of the role is to partner with cross-functional teams on reporting matters and complex transactions, as well as to manage the relationship with the independent audit firm. Applicants for the Vice President of Accounting position at the company should have a strong background in public company accounting, with a focus on SEC reporting. The role requires a candidate with an active CPA license, a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, and a Master's degree is preferred. A minimum of 15 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 8 years within SEC-reporting public companies, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading high-performing teams, extensive hands-on experience with SEC filings, and a deep understanding of SEC reporting rules, U.S. GAAP, and SOX compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic skills are also necessary to support the company's growth and operational excellence.
