This role focuses on resident engagement, leasing support, and community programming to drive satisfaction, retention, and a positive living experience.What You’ll DoResident Engagement & ProgrammingPlan and execute social and developmental programs to enhance the resident experienceBuild relationships with residents through one-on-one interactions and community involvementSupport a positive, inclusive, and engaging community environmentServe as a resource for residents regarding community services and local resourcesLeasing & Marketing SupportAssist with leasing efforts including tours, follow-ups, and housing eventsParticipate in outreach marketing activities such as housing fairs and campus eventsPromote the community through social engagement and peer networkingOffice & Operational SupportCover scheduled office shifts, including evenings and weekendsSupport daily office functions including customer service and administrative tasksAssist with move-in and move-out processesOn-Call & Community SupportParticipate in rotating on-call responsibilitiesRespond to lockouts, noise complaints, and resident concernsAssist in handling emergency situations as neededLeadership & RepresentationServe as a role model and ambassador for the B.HOM brandPromote a positive and professional image within the communitySupport conflict resolution and community standardsAdditional ResponsibilitiesPerform other duties as assigned to support community successWhat We’re Looking ForRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple responsibilities and stay organizedPositive attitude and strong customer service mindsetAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalismProficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platformsMust be enrolled as a student and meet academic requirements:Minimum 12 undergraduate credit hours (or 6 graduate hours)Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA (must be maintained)Must be able to live on-site in assigned staff housingMust be available to move in prior to the start of the academic year for trainingWork ScheduleApproximately 20 hours per weekIncludes office hours, events, marketing activities, and on-call responsibilitiesEvenings, weekends, and on-call shifts requiredPhysical RequirementsAbility to move throughout the property and attend eventsFrequent use of computer and office equipmentAbility to communicate effectively in person, phone, and written formatsOccasionally lift up to 30 lbs.Why Join B.HOM?Competitive compensation and/or housing benefits (where applicable)Valuable leadership and professional development experienceOpportunity to build transferable skills in marketing, sales, and operations401(k) with company matcSick and safe timeA people-first culture focused on development and successB.HOM is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
