Job Overview Platinum Cleaning Services is seeking dependable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy working independently, and value delivering excellent service to clients in their homes. Key Responsibilities Maintain a positive company image through professional and friendly client communication. Clean and sanitize residential spaces including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms Dust, vacuum, mop, and maintain overall cleanliness of client homes Wash, dry, fold laundry Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients Clean company owned supplies and equipment daily Follow company checklists and cleaning procedures to ensure quality service Properly dispose of trash Alert management to any customer feedback, supply needs, or safety concerns Occasionally use email or calendar apps to manage appointments or communication Provide excellent customer service and uphold the company's brand standards Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Education : High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Experience : At least 1 year of professional housekeeping or related cleaning experience is preferred. At least 1 year of general customer service experience is preferred. Skills : Strong customer relationship and service skills. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Schedule & Employment Type Part-time roles may have the opportunity to grow into full-time positions based on client demand, scheduling needs, and employee availability Flexible weekday hours Weekend availability may be needed Hours may vary based on client schedules Requirements Reliable transportation is a must to travel to and from client locations.
