Assistant General Manager — Restaurant Ops Leader

CAVA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to champion our mission and culture in our Mesa, AZ restaurant. You will partner with the General Manager to plan store actions, monitor financial metrics, and develop hourly Team Members to deliver exceptional hospitality. You will help manage daily operations, ensure quality and cleanliness, oversee inventory and costs, and lead the team with coaching and hands‑on leadership while maintaining a welcoming guest experience and strong adherence to #J-18808-Ljbffr CAVA - US 60 & Signal Butte Rd.
