Schedule

Shift: Either 5x8s or 4x10s Days. No weekends or holiday rotation.

Assignment Details

Length: 6 weeks with potential to extend. 40 hours per week guaranteed.

Requirements

• AHA BLS Certification
• KS state license or compact
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from a CAPTE-accredited program
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in inpatient evaluations and therapy, as well as outpatient experience
• Familiarity with Therapy Source and upcoming transition to ReDoc EMR system

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate therapy techniques.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Provide direct physical therapy care based on established plans and protocols.
• Document progress and outcomes in compliance with facility policies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
