Senior Oncology Sales Specialist - Austin

Location: Austin and San Antonio (South-Central TX Territory) Base Salary: $180,000-$220,000 Overview Growing oncology biotech seeking a Senior Oncology Sales Specialist to drive adoption and utilization of a targeted oncology therapy across South-Central Texas. This individual will develop strategic territory plans, build relationships with key oncology stakeholders, and achieve sales objectives in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities Drive territory performance and achieve sales goals. Build relationships with oncologists, nurses, practice managers, and key account stakeholders. Deliver clinical education and compelling product discussions. Execute strategic business plans to increase product adoption. Partner cross-functionally with Market Access, MSLs, Nurse Educators, and Marketing teams. Requirements 6+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales experience. Oncology and/or rare disease experience required. Proven track record of sales success. Strong clinical acumen and account management skills. Bachelor's degree required. Preferred Breast cancer experience. Product launch experience. Market access or reimbursement knowledge.
