Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse in the Ambulatory Care/Clinic/Outpatient setting provides comprehensive nursing care to patients in a community-based outpatient environment. The role involves supporting patient needs, conducting assessments, and delivering quality healthcare services.

Responsibilities:

• Administer patient care following established protocols and standards.
• Perform patient assessments and document findings accurately.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and health maintenance.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license in the appropriate state.
• Proven experience working in ambulatory or outpatient care settings preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, safety procedures, and electronic health records.
