Advanced Practice Provider - Primary Care

Hourly Pay Range: $56.44 - $70.58 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Endeavor Health is continually recruiting nurse practitioners and physician assistants for future full-time and part-time positions in our Primary Care clinics across the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. Minimum of 1 year APN/PA experience in Primary Care setting required. 2 years of APN/PA experience in Primary Care setting preferred. Position Highlights Position: Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) – Primary Care- Family Medicine Location: Various locations in the northwest suburbs (Arlington Heights, Rolling Meadows, Schaumburg, Mount Prospect, Buffalo Grove, Kildeer).
