About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7A-7P Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience License: Current RN State License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, AWHONN, NRP, CPI Must-Have: - Ability to perform all aspects of labor and delivery nursing - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Competency in fetal monitoring and medication safety Description: Responsibilities include providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in the labor and delivery department. The nurse will support patients and their families during labor and post-partum care. Collaboration with the medical team is essential to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Participation in ongoing education and compliance with health and safety regulations is expected. Employees are required to complete various health and background checks prior to employment. Candidates must maintain all required certifications throughout the duration of the contract. Adherence to policies and protocols related to nursing practices is mandatory. Other essential duties may be assigned as needed to meet patient care needs.
