Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Fabricator role in Marion, OH. Key Responsibilities Perform fabrication and welding duties according to blueprint specifications and production requirements. Read and interpret complex blueprints, shop drawings, and fabrication layouts with a high level of accuracy. Complete machine and fixture setups independently without supervision. Utilize AWS D1.1 welding standards and procedures throughout fabrication processes. Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal components to precise tolerances. Inspect finished work to ensure quality and compliance with customer and company standards. Operate fabrication equipment and tools safely and efficiently. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following all safety procedures. Work overtime as needed to support production demands. Qualifications AWS D1.1 Certification REQUIRED – candidates without certification will not be considered. Proven fabrication and welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong ability to perform setups independently. Advanced blueprint reading and interpretation skills required. Strong understanding of fabrication processes, measurements, and welding techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime as needed. Schedule & Pay Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm Overtime as needed Pay starts at $24+/hour depending on experience What We Offer Competitive hourly wage.
