Contract Finance Project Manager

Joining a creator-led growth agency that operates at the intersection of creators, performance, and systems, as their creator programs scale, payments aren’t just back-office; they’re production-critical. The Role We’re looking to speak to Contract Project Managers to specifically own the end-to-end creator and contractor payment workflow. This role is the operational backbone of the agency – ensuring every invoice is accurate, every payment is on time, and every detail is traceable. You’ll start by running the system, then evolving it; tightening workflows, reducing errors, and building the structure that lets us scale. Core responsibilities include payment operations, contractor & system management, communication & issue resolution, audit, documentation & compliance, process improvement and reporting. You’ll run the full invoice lifecycle from approval through to payment, manage the finance inbox, maintain a traceable audit trail, identify patterns and reduce payment exceptions, onboard contractors, maintain clean records and produce monthly creator spend reports.
