Procurement Attorney

The Position A global organization in the certification space is seeking a procurement attorney to support its software side of the business during a transition. This role will focus on three primary areas: software agreements (including SaaS, hosting, and data licensing), equipment purchases and leasing, and consultancy/vendor agreements tied to technology and AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience across procurement contract types and be comfortable handling both company and third-party paper. It is hybrid (Northbrook IL, Chicago, or Austin) or remote for exceptional candidates, and requires 20-30 hours per week. The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $100 and $105. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
