Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain prior to assignment start.
• Minimum of 3 months of outpatient (OP) physical therapy experience, or 1 year of PT experience in other settings.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, if required by the facility.
• Experience with Raintree EMR preferred.
• Completion of required pre-assignment HealthStream modules for new travelers (agency reimburses upon proof of completion and at least one shift worked). Preferred but clearly noted as required by client intake.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing productivity expectations of approximately 55–63 patients per week.
• Comfortable with flexible scheduling including 4x10-hour or 5x8-hour formats and availability for two evenings per week until 7:30 p.m.
• Familiarity with outpatient clinic workflows and supportive team-based care models.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 08:00–16:30.
• Work days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
• Schedule options: open to 4x10-hour days or 5x8-hour days.
• Must be available for two evenings per week until 7:30 p.m.
• EMR used: Raintree.
• Float requirements: may be required to work within the outpatient clinic and support site needs as assigned.
