Physical Therapist

Overview Earn $80K–$105K + $15,000 Sign-On Bonus. With training, career development & a strong clinical team, you will evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting, develop individualized plans of care, and track clinical outcomes to support patient progress. Responsibilities Review patients' medical history. Diagnose patients by observing movements and listening to concerns. Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes. Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent further injury. Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed. Qualifications Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in the state of Rhode Island. Employment Information Compensation: $80,000–$100,000 inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
