More About Our Team Our 8-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU) offers a unique blended critical care experience, providing care across ICU, stepdown, and telemetry levels of care. Nurses work closely with the intensivist and gain valuable experience in patient assessment, stabilization, and clinical decision-making while caring for a diverse patient population. Additional requirements include: Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire ACLS is required within 90 days of hire Associate's degree in nursing is required (Bachelor's degree is preferred) 1-2 years of recent RN experience in the ICU is required.
