Equipment Operator - 2nd & 3rd ShiftPay Rate: $18.00/hour Location: Mountville, PA Shifts Available: 2nd Shift and 3rd Shift (Temo to hire) COLD WAREHOUSE (Spanish speaking encouraged to apply)Position OverviewWe are seeking reliable and safety-focused Equipment Operators to join a fast-paced warehouse and distribution team. This role is responsible for operating material handling equipment to move, locate, stack, and count products while maintaining accuracy and productivity standards.ResponsibilitiesSafely operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipmentLoad and unload shipments efficiently and accuratelyMove products throughout the warehouse while following inventory proceduresPick, stage, and prepare orders for shipmentConduct routine equipment inspections and report any issuesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow all company safety policies and warehouse proceduresAssist with inventory counts and cycle counts as neededQualificationsPrevious forklift or equipment operation experience preferredAbility to work in a warehouse environment, including refrigerated or cold-storage conditionsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shiftStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable attendance and punctuality
