We seek a Senior Electrical Engineer (PE preferred) with strong utility and power experience to lead projects, mentor staff, and support critical energy infrastructure across the U.S. What We Offer Competitive salary (~ +/- $130K–$200K DOE) Contract-to-hire position with company-subsidized medical coverage and 401(k) match during contract period (~6 months) Full benefits package upon permanent hire including PTO, holidays, and more Hybrid work model with travel flexibility (up to 50%) Strong career growth and leadership opportunities Work on impactful projects driving the energy transition Your Responsibilities Lead electrical engineering design and advisory teams on utility-scale power projects Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver end-to-end solutions Mentor junior engineers and support business development efforts Provide expertise in power distribution, generation, substations, renewables, and power system modeling Assist with proposal development and project planning Who You Are Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related field ~ 10+ years in electrical engineering focused on utility and power projects Active Professional Engineer (PE) license (any U.S. state) – Highly Preferred Proficient with power system modeling tools (SKM, ETAP, etc.) Strong communicator with client engagement skills Willing to travel up to 50% and work hybrid (2 days/week in office or client site) Located near or open to relocating to Ft.
