A high‑growth, private equity‑backed organization is seeking a Financial Analyst to support both the Finance and Operations leadership teams by delivering data‑driven insights that drive strategic and day‑to‑day decision‑making.

What You’ll Do
- Partner with the COO and Finance leadership to analyze operational performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards focused on KPIs, operational trends, and financial outcomes
- Analyze variances between actual results and budget/forecast, providing clear insights and recommendations
- Support monthly operating reporting and deliver insights for leadership and regional operators
- Build financial models and forecasts to support planning and decision-making
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including data gathering and model development
- Conduct profitability analysis and performance tracking across locations and services
- Partner with Operations and field leaders to improve performance and decision-making
- Support executive presentations, board materials, and ad hoc leadership requests
What They’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, operational finance, or a similar role
- Strong experience with financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling
- Experience building or working with Power BI dashboards (or similar BI tools)
- Advanced Excel skills and strong data manipulation capabilities
- Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders
- Highly analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to question data
- Exposure to AI tools or advanced analytics is a plus
