Speech Language Pathologist

Applicants must hold a valid California Speech-Language Pathology Services credential OR Clinical Rehabilitative Services credential in Language, Speech and Hearing OR possession of a Master's degree in Communication Disorders AND a valid license from the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Board.

Required documents include:

• Certificate copy (copy of valid CCC-SLP)
• Copy of transcript (undergrad and post grad)
• Credential copy (current copy of CA SLP credential with document number and expiration date)
• Letter of introduction
• Letter(s) of recommendation (three recent letters with original signatures)
• Resume
