Nutritional Service Associate

St. Mary's Health Care System is seeking experienced Nutritional Service Associates who understand the importance of diet accuracy, tray line operations, and patient-centered service in a clinical setting.

This is not a restaurant rolethis is healthcare nutrition, where your work directly supports patient recovery and safety.

What You'll Do

• Schedule - 6 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. 12 hours shifts in addition willing to work every other weekend.
• Accurately assemble patient trays based on prescribed diets.
• Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions (diabetic, cardiac, renal, etc.)
• Work on tray line / tray passing with attention to detail and timing
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in a healthcare setting

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare dietary setting REQUIRED
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Tray line / tray passing
  • Diet order accuracy
  • Patient meal delivery
• Knowledge of therapeutic diets and attention to detail
• Strong reliability and team collaboration
