Shipping & Receiving Clerk
We're hiring a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to manage incoming and outgoing shipments, verify packing lists, and support warehouse operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips
- Prepare outgoing shipments with accurate labeling and documentation
- Log inventory movement into internal systems
- Coordinate with carriers and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries
- Report damages, discrepancies, or missing items
- Maintain a clean and organized shipping/receiving area
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse support
- Familiarity with packing slips, bills of lading, and shipping systems
- Basic computer skills and experience with inventory software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)
- Attention to detail and good communication skills
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
Average Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour
