How you'll make an impact in this role
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing education activities and competency-based programs across the continuum of care.
- Collaborate with nursing leaders and staff to identify educational needs and support clinical competency development.
- Design and deliver nursing education programs using effective learning methods, tools, and performance measurements.
- Serve as a consultant for Nursing Professional Development (NPD) initiatives, supporting clinical performance improvement and professional growth.
- Manage and maintain inter-professional competency and performance standards to promote practice at the highest level of licensure.
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
- Required professional licensure at time of hire.
