Occupational Therapist
Jefferson Regional Specialty Hospital
Jefferson Regional Specialty Hospital in Pine Bluff, AR seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide evidence-based inpatient therapy to adult patients with complex medical and surgical needs. The OT will complete comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver interventions that maximize function, safety, and independence in ADLs and IADLs. Responsibilities include patient and family education, discharge planning, and collaboration with physicians, nursing, PT, SLP, and case management. The role supports a culture of compassionate, patient-first care, with opportunities for professional growth, continuing education, and participation in quality and safety initiatives.
