Hiring: Stellantis Parts Manager

Meador CDJR is seeking a highly experienced, performance-driven Parts Manager to lead a growing department focused on profitability, inventory control, wholesale growth, and exceptional support of our service operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead all parts department operations
• Maintain accurate inventory and proper stocking levels
• Improve inventory turns and reduce obsolescence
• Maximize departmental gross profit
• Grow wholesale and retail parts business
• Recruit, train, and develop team members
• Deliver exceptional support to service technicians and advisors

What You'll Bring

• Current or former Automotive Parts Manager
• Heavy Stellantis/Mopar background REQUIRED
• Deep understanding of Stellantis parts inventory management, obsolescence control, and manufacturer programs
• Proven track record of increasing departmental profit and performance
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and hold a team accountable
• Experience working closely with Fixed Operations leadership to maximize departmental success
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
