What You'll Do:

• Provide specialized nursing care to acutely ill patients in a trauma, surgical, neuro, OB, cardiac, and medically unstable units
• Monitor and assess patient conditions with Q1H or more frequent checks
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as per physician orders
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and update patient care plans
• Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and recovery processes

What You Need:

• Valid Massachusetts RN license in good standing
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in CCU/ICU settings
• Strong assessment skills and ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
