Hemodialysis RN Career Opportunity PRN Hemodialysis RN at Encompass Health. As a Hemodialysis RN, you will provide direct patient care to inpatients in need of hemodialysis, supervise care and treatments, conduct patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns. You will build rewarding relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid in their recovery and educate nursing staff on the care of the hemodialysis patient, equipment, and standards of care.
