As a Duty Airport Manager –Los Angeles, you will lead the day-to-day airport operation across bothaboveand below wing functions, ensuring safe,efficientand customer-focused outcomes. Acting as the senior operational leader on shift, you will drive airport performance, lead teams through dynamic operational challenges and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences whilemaintainingthe highest standards of safety,securityand regulatory compliance You will be instrumental in shaping operational excellence across the airport, driving continuous improvement, leading transformationalinitiativesand fostering a high-performing one-team culture. Working closely with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, you will influence operational outcomes, strengthenorganizationalcapabilityand contribute to the achievement of key financial, operational and safety objectives To be successful, you will have: Demonstrated leadership experience in a complex operational environment with responsibility for people,safetyand performance outcomes. A strong understanding of airport operationswitha previousbackgroundwithin aviation. Proven experience leading and developing teams, driving engagement,accountabilityand performance. Strong operational judgement and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure while balancing customer, operational and commercial outcomes. A demonstrated commitment to safety leadership, regulatorycomplianceand continuous improvement. Strong stakeholder management,communicationand relationship-building skills.
