As our Orlando CSR, you own the first call, turn requests into action fast, and keep customers in the loop. You’ll see the direct result of your work every day – solved leaks, happy property managers, and a schedule that runs smooth. You get strong team support, modern tools, and clear processes so you can win the day without the noise. What You’ll Do Capture incoming service requests and open clean work orders. Route jobs to the right Service Team Leader or Crew Leader and coordinate schedules. Keep customers updated from intake to closeout. QC job notes, photos, labor, and materials so billing is accurate. Send invoices promptly and document follow ups to keep cash moving. Support proposals and track follow ups so opportunities close. Join weekly huddles to align on schedule, invoicing, and collections. Strong communicator with tight follow through and urgency. Comfortable working in business software and documented processes. 2+ years of office or customer service experience. High school diploma required. Associate’s in business or office management is a plus. Bonus if you’ve touched construction or service trades, invoicing, or A/R.
