Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Schedulerto join our this role you will be responsible for coordinating patient services managing schedules and ensuring smooth communication between patients and healthcare staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently and accurately
• Coordinate with healthcare staff and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain and update scheduling records in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with patients staff and referral sources
• Respond to scheduling changes and urgent needs professionally
• Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare standards
• Support overall care coordination and service delivery

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Nursing background (LVN/LPN) preferred but not mandatory
• 1 year experience in scheduling healthcare coordination or similar role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving and multitasking ability
• Kinnser/WellSky experience (preferred)

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
• Flexibility to work extended hours if needed
• Reliable transportation (if applicable)
• Basic computer and documentation skills

Work Environment
